HEARTY ITALIAN SOUP 
1/2 to 1 lb. ground meat
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1 green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lg. can tomato juice
3 chicken bouillon cubes
Italian seasoning
3/4 c. shell macaroni
2 to 3 c. water
Shredded Mozzarella

Brown first 4 ingredients. Drain. Add remaining ingredients except macaroni and cheese. Simmer 30 minutes. Add macaroni; simmer 30 minutes (longer if possible). Top each serving with shredded Mozzarella. Makes 6 (1 1/3 cup) servings. (Seasoning is to your taste. I used about a teaspoon of Italian seasoning.)
