SUNDAY CASSEROLE 
4 c. egg noodles, flat type
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. butter
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. MSG

Cook noodles in broth; drain and add melted butter. Saute ground beef in butter. Stir in tomato sauce, salt, and MSG. 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. sour cream 1/4 c. minced scallions or onions 1 tbsp. minced green pepper

Mix together the softened cheese (3 kinds), scallions, and pepper. In a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish spread half of noodles; cover with cheese mixture. Cover with rest of noodles. Pour tomato meat sauce over this. Bake in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes. Freezes great! Serve 8.
