RABBIT BAKE - BAILEY STYLE 
1 rabbit, cut up
2 c. rice
4 c. water
4 med. potatoes, peeled
4 med. carrots, peeled
4 med. onions, peeled
Seasoned salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder

Spread rice evenly in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Arrange rabbit, potatoes, carrots and onions on top of rice. Season as desired with salt, garlic and pepper. Pour water gently into pan. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until rabbit is tender. Other wild game may be substituted. Serves 4.
