POUND CAKE 
1 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda, salt & baking powder
1 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. lemon extract
1 1/2 tsp. almond
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream together sugar, Crisco and add eggs one at a time. Sift flour, soda, salt and powder; add to mixture beginning and ending with flour and buttermilk. Then add lemon, almond and vanilla. Beat together on medium speed until well blended. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in Bundt pan or something similar.
