CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. head of cabbage, chopped & cooked
1 box of frozen peas
2 carrots, shredded
1 sleeve Ritz or Townhouse crackers

WHITE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper
4 c. milk
4 or 5 cheese slices

After cabbage is cooked, mix with frozen peas and carrots. Make white sauce by melting butter in saucepan. Add butter, salt and pepper until it becomes bubbly. Add milk and cheese slices and bring to boil. Mix in with vegetables and put into buttered baking dish or cake pan. Crumble Townhouse or Ritz crackers and spread over top. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
