NO PEEKING STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. beef chunks (1 1/2 inch pieces), do not brown)
1 lb. can tomatoes
1 c. water
3 tbsp. tapioca
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
5 carrots
1 bay leaf
5 potatoes
3 onions
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. red wine
Cooking burgundy (optional)

Combine all ingredients in stew pot. Stir. Cover and bake at 250 degrees for 5-6 hours.
