IRISH POTATOES 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. box 10X sugar
1 can Baker's coconut (opt.)
1 sm. jar or can fresh ground cinnamon

Blend cream cheese and 10X sugar by sprinkling sugar onto cream cheese and folding in. Roll mixture into 3/4" round balls. Put cinnamon on a piece of waxed paper and roll the balls in the cinnamon until covered. When using coconut, blend in with the cream cheese and 10X sugar. Makes 1 1/2 pounds of Irish Potatoes.
