HARVEST BARS 
1 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. raisins

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Mix brown sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs in large bowl. Stir in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Stir in zucchini and raisins. Spread in pan. Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until wooden toothpick comes out clean. Cool and frost with favorite vanilla or cream cheese frosting. Cut into bars and refrigerate.
