ROLLED BISCUITS 
2 c. all purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. skim milk
1/4 c. buttermilk

Sift together flour and baking powder. Add oil and stir with a fork until mixture looks like coarse crumbs. Add skim milk and buttermilk; stir.

Knead gently on a floured board 6-8 times. Roll out to 1/2 inch thick. Cut biscuits in 2 inch round. Bake biscuits on ungreased baking sheet. Serve hot with honey.

Oven - 450 degrees, 10-12 minutes. 18 biscuits (no cholesterol).
