CRANBERRY JELLO MOLD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. red Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. pineapple or orange juice
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberries, drained
2 c. cubed apples
2/3 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve Jello with water. Add juice and cranberries. Refrigerate until slightly thickened (2 hours). Stir in apples and nuts. Put into tube pan and refrigerate.
