COCONUT DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. coconut
1 stick butter
2 sm. boxes vanilla or 2 coconut instant pudding
2 2/3 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix flour, brown sugar, coconut, butter (melted) in oblong or square baking dish. Bake 30 minutes in 325 degrees. Stir often. Bake until brown. Divide in half.

Mix pudding and milk in large bowl, mix well. Add Cool Whip. Pour over crumbs in baking dish. Put remaining crumbs on top. May be made a day ahead.
