COCONUT CREAM DESSERT 
60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream
1 1/3 c. milk
2 packages in instant coconut pudding
1 medium bowl of Cool Whip
1 can Baker's Angel Flake Coconut

Mix crackers with melted butter. Press in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan.

Beat 1/2 of milk into ice cream in a large bowl. Blend in 1 box of pudding, add remainder of milk and second box of pudding. Mix well.

Beat 2 to 3 minutes longer at medium speed until completely mixed. Pour over crackers and chill for 1 hour. Spread 1 medium size bowl of Cool Whip over the filling and sprinkle with angel flake coconut, as desired.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
