CREAM CHEESE DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
9 oz. Cool Whip
2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pudding
3 c. milk

Mix flour, melted butter and nuts. Press into bottom of 9 x 13 cake pan.

Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes. Let cool.

Mix softened cream cheese and sugar. Add Cool Whip (save a little for top). Spread over cooled crust.

Beat pudding (any flavor) with milk until thick and pour over cream cheese mixture. Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding and sprinkle with a few chopped nuts. Let set up in the refrigerator.
