GRANDMA'S RAISIN PUDDING 
Sauce:

3 c. water
1 1/2 c. brown sugar

Dough Mixture:

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 c. raisins
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions for stovetop: Bring sauce mixture to a boil.

Mix all ingredients for the dough mixture. When sauce is boiling drop dough mixture by spoonfuls into sauce. Set skillet at 250°F for 30 minutes. Dough is done when it doesn't stick to a toothpick.

Oven Method: Bring sauce to a boil, then pour into a baking pan and add dough mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
