1 c. chopped apple
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs in a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Bake in lightly greased pie plate at 350°F for 35 minutes.
