GRANDMA'S REAL BUTTERSCOTCH
PUDDING
 
1 c. dark brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter
2 egg yolks
4 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk

Melt together brown sugar and butter. Let cool. Add egg yolks and beat together. Stir in flour and milk gradually. Cook until thick, stirring often. Microwave on roast 5 to 6 minutes or until thick, stirring often. Can be doubled.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
