SEAFOOD STROGANOFF 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms (cleaned and halved)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove minced garlic
12 shrimp
1 (4 oz.) lobster tail
12 clams
12 oysters
1/2 lb. fish fillet
1/2 lb. scallops
Dash salt and pepper
Dash thyme and cumin
1/4 lemon juice

Or any combination of about 3 pounds of seafood.

Melt butter in saucepan and add garlic, onion and mushrooms. Saute until tender. Add seafood and simmer 10 minutes. Add seasonings and lemon juice; set aside.

Prepare white sauce: 3 tbsp. melted butter 3 tbsp. flour 1 c. sour cream or yogurt

Add flour to hot melted butter and brown until golden. Add milk and mix well. Add sour cream or yogurt.

Blend white sauce into seafood and simmer 5 minutes. Serve with rice. Can be made ahead and reheated before serving for an easy company casserole.
