SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
3 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. meat (lobster, crab, shrimp, etc.)
2 tbsp. pimento, cut into strips
1/2 c. celery, chopped sm.
1 hard-boiled egg, cut up
Salt and pepper to taste
Few drops of Worcestershire sauce
1 c. bread crumbs

Make a white sauce with butter, flour and milk; then add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. At the last minute, add the bread crumbs before serving.
