FROSTY PINEAPPLE CHUNKS 
Pineapple chunks
Sour cream
Angel Flake coconut
Maraschino cherries
Toothpicks

Dip pineapple chunks in sour cream, then roll in coconut until well coated. These may be made ahead and stored in refrigerator until time to serve. Put a cherry on a toothpick, then a coated pineapple. Arrange on a serving dish. Looks colorful for a party.
