CORN SALAD 
1 can shoe peg corn, drained
1 can petit pois peas, drained
1 c. celery, chopped
1 med. jar pimento, chopped
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar

Mix vegetables in large bowl. Bring vinegar and sugar to boil. Pour over vegetables. Cool, cover, refrigerate. Good indefinitely.
