BLACK BEAN BROWNIES 
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
3 eggs
3 tbsp. coconut oil
1/4 cup cocoa powder
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 cup white sugar (I have used Splenda with success)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch square baking dish.

Combine black beans, eggs, oil, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla extract and sugar in a blender; blend until smooth; pour the mixture into prepared baking dish.

Bake at 350°F until the top is dry and the edges start to pull away from the sides of the pan, about 30 minutes.
