SUNSHINE CAKE 
4 eggs, separated
3 tbsp. cold water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. almond flavoring

Beat egg yolks, add cold water, add sugar and beat and add boiling water to egg mixture and mix. Sift flour, salt and baking powder. Add dry ingredients and beat well. Fold in well beaten egg whites with cream of tartar. Add flavoring. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cane use tube pan or 13 x 9 pan -- but must invert pan after taking from oven.

Lemon flavored icing on this is good!
