PECAN FROSTIES 
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. butter
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream sugar and butter until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix. Combine the flour, soda and salt; add gradually, mixing well after each addition. Shape in 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Make depression in center and drop 1/4 teaspoon topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 c. grated nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. sour cream

Mix ingredients until well blended.
