RHUBARB CRISP | |
3 c. diced rhubarb 1 c. plus 3 tbsp. flour 1 1/2 c. uncooked oats 1 c. sugar 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. butter Combine rhubarb, sugar and 3 tablespoons flour. Place in 9-inch square pan. Combine brown sugar, oats, 1 cup flour and butter. Sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired. Serves 6 to 8. |
