CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
Cook chicken in pressure cooker 12 minutes, then tear chicken off bone in small pieces. Save broth.

1 c. chicken
1 c. uncooked minute rice
1 c. diced celery
1 c. cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. broth

Mix all ingredients and place in casserole dish. Cover with 1 cup crushed corn flakes mixed with 1/2 stick of melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
