CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chicken broth
1 c. rice
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Boil rice until done. Add chicken, soup, lemon juice, butter, cheese, mayonnaise and broth. Mix well and top with more cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
