MACARONI-BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 c. elbow macaroni
1 lb. ground chuck
1 c. diced onions
8 oz. can tomato sauce
8 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Saute meat and onion until meat loses its pink color and onions are tender. Add tomato sauce, ketchup, mushrooms, seasonings, and macaroni. Place in casserole and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
