ENCHILADA PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped olives
1 tbsp. chile powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
6 buttered corn tortillas
3 c. grated cheese

Brown hamburger. Mix in onions, olives, chile powder and salt and pepper and tomato sauce until cooked. Butter 6 tortillas.

If desired, spray Pyrex bowl with cooking spray. In Pyrex bowl, start stacking first, lay a buttered tortilla; second, meat mixture; third, top with grated cheese. Repeat for rest of tortillas. Then pour 1 cup of water through side of tortillas. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
