ENCHILADA PIE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion (chopped)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
6 corn tortillas
Butter-butter
1 can chopped black olives
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded cheese

Brown beef and onion. Add salt, pepper, chili powder and tomato sauce. Spread each tortilla with butter. In 2 quart casserole, alternate layers of buttered tortillas, meat, sauce, olives and cheese. Add water, cover, bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
