CHOCOLATE-NUT BANANA BREAD 
2 extra ripe medium bananas
2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Slice bananas into blender, whirl until pureed to make 1 cup. Combine flour, baking powder, soda, and salt; set aside. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Blend in pureed bananas. Blend in dry mixture. Stir in chocolate morsels and nuts. Pour into well greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes until loaf tests done. Turn out onto wire rack to cool.
