COCONUT PIE 
2/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
2 egg yolks
2 c. milk
1 c. coconut

Combine all ingredients and cook until mixture thickens. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Pour into 9 inch baked pie shell. Top with meringue.

MERINGUE:

Two egg whites, beaten until stiff. Add sugar to taste. Spread on pie and brown in hot oven (450 degrees).
