3 lbs. chop meat
2 eggs
2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 onion, chopped fine
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. water

Mix all ingredients together. When well mixed, shape into loaf. Take your hand and part down the middle and spread apart. Take 4 slices cheese of your choice and place down the middle and then close up the loaf. Take other 1/2 onion chopped or sliced, place on top of meat loaf with 1 can crushed tomatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
