SUPER MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 c. brewed coffee (cooled)
1 c. cocoa
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease 13x9 inch pan.

Measure all ingredients into large bowl. At low speed, beat all ingredients until well blended. Scrape bowl with spatula to make sure well mixed.

Pour batter into pan. Bake 40-45 minutes until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool and frost with favorite frosting or sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
