COLD MEXICAN SALAD 
1 pt. sour cream
2 lg. tomatoes, chopped
1 med. white onion, diced
Sm. can chopped olives
Shredded lettuce head
Lg can refried beans
Shredded Jack cheese
Shredded milk cheddar
If desired, sm. can diced chilies

Assemble in a 9 1/2 x 13 1/2 x 2 inch flat glass pan. Sprinkle small amount of lettuce over bottom. Spread all of beans over entire bottom. Layer additional ingredients in this order: diced onion, cut pieces of tomato, cover with sour cream, sprinkle olives over cream, sprinkle chilies. Cover well with shredded lettuce, generously cover with grated cheeses. Serve cold.
