CHEESE AND NUT DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
2 oz. cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic
1/2 lemon
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. shelled walnuts

Put milk in blender. Add cheese and pepper. Crush garlic, add juice of 1/2 lemon and Tabasco. Blend and add nuts. Refrigerate.
