4 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 c. Crisco
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well for about 10 minutes. Drop by teaspoon onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
