FRUIT GELATIN 
1 c. sliced strawberries
1 sliced apple
2 c. spring water
2 c. apple juice
Pinch of sea salt
2 tbsp.. agar-agar flakes

Wash and slice fruit and place in pot with liquid. Add agar-agar flakes. Stir well and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes. Place in shallow dish or mold and put in the refrigerator to chill.

Variation: Fruits such as blueberries and peaches may be used. Nuts and raisins may be added to fruit.

NOTE: Agar-agar flakes can be found in the natural health food section of your grocery store.
