SUGARLESS APPLE PIE 
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can (12 oz.) frozen apple juice, thawed & undiluted
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Dash of salt
4 to 6 ripe yellow Delicious apples, sliced thin
2 tbsp. butter
(Favorite double pie crust)

Oven temperature at 400 degrees. In medium size bowl whisk together cornstarch and apple juice until well blended. Add spices and salt. Arrange apples in crust, pour juice mixture over apples. Dot with butter. Place top crust over apples, seal edges. Bake 45 minutes.
