"SUGARLESS" APPLE PIE 
1 tbsp. corn starch
1 (12 oz.) can apple juice concentrate
4 c. sliced apples
1/2 c. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 unbaked pie crust

Mix corn starch and apple juice concentrate; cook, stirring until clear. Stir in apples and spices; pour into unbaked crust and top with crust.

Bake 35-45 minutes starting at 400 degrees then lower temperature to 350 degrees.
