FROZEN DESSERT 
1 lb. pkg. Hydrox cookies
1 c. butter
1/2 gallon cherry nut ice cream
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
2 squares semi-sweet chocolate
2 pkgs. Dream Whip
Nuts

Mix crushed cookies and 1/2 cup melted butter. Pat in 2 (9"x13") pans. Chill.

Put 1/2 gallon softened ice cream over chocolate crumbs. Return to freezer.

Combine evaporated milk, sugar, 1/2 cup butter and chocolate. Cook 10 to 15 minutes until thick (low heat, burns easily). Cool. Spread chocolate filling over ice cream. Return to freezer. Whip 2 packages Dream Whip and spread over chocolate. Top with nuts.
