2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. tiny chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg whites until thick and foamy, gradually add sugar, beat until stiff and add salt. Fold in nuts and chips. Drop by tablespoons on foil lined cookie sheet. Place in oven and turn off. Leave in unopened oven overnight. Freezes well on cookie sheet, store in plastic bags.
