FETTUCINI ALFREDO | |
1 (12 oz.) pkg. fettucini noodles or wide egg noodles 1 stick butter 1 c. heavy cream 1 c. grated Romano cheese 1 tbsp. parsley In saucepan combine butter and cream. Cook until butter melts. Add grated cheese. Cook approximately 2 minutes or until sauce thickens. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well. Pour sauce over pasta and toss gently. Top with parsley and serve. |
