FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. fettuccine pasta
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/3 cup chicken broth
4 tbsp. sweet butter
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
4 slices prosciutto
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper, to taste

Lightly sauté prosciutto and butter in skillet. Add chicken broth, egg yolks, and heavy cream. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. Prepare pasta as directed on package. Put cooked pasta in white cream sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add grated Parmesan cheese.
