NACHO DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 can whole peeled tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
1 pkg. grated Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Colby cheese
1 pkg. taco or chili mix
1 pkg. Deli Nacho Chips

Brown beef, drain. Add tomatoes and crush with a fork. Add taco mix. Line bottom of Pyrex dish with cream cheese. Add beef mixture. Top with cheese.

Heat until bubbling. Serve with Nachos.
