CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. water
1 c. instant rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Italian dressing salad mix
4 chicken breasts

Put rice in square baking dish. Boil 2 1/2 cups water. Add soup and salad mix; mix well. Pour over rice. Put chicken on top, cover with foil. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
