FRUIT CRUMB PIE 
1 egg
3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cans fruit filling, if apple mix with cinnamon

Mix all ingredients except fruit filling. Divide in half and put half in freezer. Press the other half in pie plate and pour in fruit filling. Crumb the other half on top. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Add powdered sugar when cool.
