BARBECUED CHICKEN 
2 lb. chicken parts
1 tbsp. shortening
1 can tomato soup
1/3 c. each chopped onion, celery & green pepper
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. parsley flakes
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. prepared mustard
Salt & pepper

In skillet, brown chicken parts in shortening, stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; simmer 45 minutes or until chicken is tender, stir occasionally. Garnish with thin lemon slices. 4-6 servings.
