MEXICAN RICE 
2 c. uncooked rice
4 c. water
Tomatoes
Bell peppers
Onions
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
Sour cream
Picante sauce
Grated cheese

Brown uncooked rice in heavy fry pan with butter. Add water and tomatoes, bell peppers, onions and taco seasoning, 1/2 package. Simmer for 20 minutes until rice is tender. Brown hamburger and add 1/2 package taco seasoning. Serve rice, scoop of hamburger, top with grated cheese, sour cream and picante sauce. Serves 6 adults.
