MEXICAN RICE CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel
1/2 tsp. oregano
Dash of cayenne pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter
1 c. chicken broth
1 med. onion
1 tsp. paprika
1 sm. box Minute Rice
1 chicken, cooked and deboned
Garlic salt or powder, to taste
Cheddar cheese

Saute onion in butter until transparent.

Mix all ingredients except cheese. Put in baking dish; top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
