BLACK DEVIL'S FOOD CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. baking cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking soda
2/3 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. strong coffee

Sift together dry ingredients. Add oil and buttermilk. Stir well. (I use regular milk with a touch of vinegar instead of buttermilk). Prepare coffee as for drinking, except not as hot. Add to mixture. Cake mixture will be quite liquid. Pour into 9 x 13 inch cake pan which has been greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. This cake is so moist, it is my favorite.
